We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, items with broken seals or signs of use cannot be returned.
Products that can be opened without breaking a seal may still be returned, as long as they remain unused and in original condition.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us first:

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- You may use any shipping carrier, but we strongly recommend a trackable service

Our return warehouse may be located in a different country than where your order was delivered.
Customers are responsible for returning the item to the address provided after approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Offer a replacement or refund
- Cover reasonable return shipping costs if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Items with broken seals
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order once the return is approved
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Packaging and seals must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you if your refund is approved
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed after approval.
